Continuing Form / Form Refinement:
This class continues Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s 37 posture Yang style form beyond the first third of the form. In addition, we refine the movements and postures by studying the form in detail and exploring various principles, concepts, and philosophies of t’ai chi, as taken from The T’ai Chi Classics and other teachings, along with discovering how they relate to one’s daily life.
